Our playbooks describe practical ways to evaluate, buy and work seller leads. They are general guidance. Your market, strategy, capacity and the seller in front of you will differ, and following a playbook does not guarantee that a seller will respond, sign or close. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

Product steps may change

Where a page refers to a provider’s product, it reflects that provider’s public materials on the date shown, or a demonstrated session on the date shown if one is labeled. Products change. Your outreach obligations

You are responsible for how you contact sellers. Calling, texting and marketing are subject to federal and state rules, including the TCPA and do-not-call requirements, and to each seller’s stated preferences. Our follow-up checklists are planning aids and do not authorize any contact method or frequency.
